Lice Housework

If your family does have a confirmed case of lice, you will need to comb out each affected person with a fine, metal lice- remover comb. Besides the combing, there is some housework that you will need to do to remove any stray lice. Be sure to put bed linens, pillows, hats, jackets, stuffed animals, and any other washable item your child has come in contact with, within the past 2 days into the drier on the highest heat setting. This will kill the lice and the lice eggs .
